The space
These are two duplex penthouses with a large terrace ideal for parties and celebrations. They are side-by-side and independent apartments (NOT INTERCONNECTED), each with its own characteristics, and the price refers to both penthouses together.
Penthouse 01 has a complete American-style kitchen, living room, guest bathroom with electric shower, dining room with a 2.70-meter sofa bed (the size of a double bed), Smart TV, and dining table. This space transforms into a bedroom with a sliding door and also has access to the balcony. It also has a complete suite with a private bathroom. The terrace has an incredible view of the sea and mountains with a wonderful sunset.
