Summary: Position of property excellent, cleanliness very good. Breakfast ok Reception staff very good (Arron) Room needs modernising, especially bathroom, safe not working, fan not working, bed side lamps ?? From residue of AC. Invoiced twice, still awaiting refund in my bank 3 days later (although is weekend)
