The house was newly built and made with much love to be our relaxing retreat, where we can enjoy the company of family and friends. We are happy to share this space with our guests. The house is spacious and airy, with a design that promotes comfort and functionality. On the first floor, you will find a combined living room, dining room, and kitchen, as well as a powder room. There is also a suite that accommodates three people, a service area, and a terrace with a table and chairs, accompanied by a side garden. The windows and doors are large, allowing plenty of natural light. On the upper floor, there is a bedroom with a sea view, accommodating up to four people. This floor has a bathroom, as well as a sink area and a closet. The design was conceived to ensure privacy for those sleeping, avoiding disturbances for those using the bathroom or sink area.
