Casa situada a apenas 500 metros da praia Pico da Cruz ou 15 minutos a pé, caminhando-se até o final da rua, passando por vegetação nativa com belíssimas dunas, que integram o Parque Municipal da Joaquina. Esta praia é muito frequentada por surfistas, excelente local para caminhadas e ver o pôr do Sol, até mesmo durante o inverno.
Nosso espaço possui dois quartos aconchegantes, sendo um deles com uma bay window, com duas camas de solteiro que podem se juntar e o outro quarto com uma cama de casal e com mesa e cadeira específicos para trabalhos em home office, com internet de fibra ótica de 680 MB. Os quartos são climatizados com ar condicionado quente e frio. Está disponível também um ventilador portátil. Entre os dois quartos situa-se o banheiro com secador de cabelo.
Na sala consta uma tv smart de 43 polegadas, com cadeiras de balanço e rede para um momento de relaxamento. Possui também outro espaço com poltronas na bay window e uma grande mesa de madeira estilo country para as refeições.
A cozinha conjugada com a sala, possui um fogão inox de 5 bocas, com 2 fornos, sendo um deles com grill elétrico e a gás. Tem uma ampla geladeira inverter Samsung, com amplo freezer de gavetas. A cozinha está equipada com todos os utensílios e eletrodomésticos necessários, para os que adoram cozinhar e fazer suas refeições em casa, como: forno de microondas, air fryer, pequeno grill e assadeira, liquidificador, cafeteira elétrica e chaleira elétrica.
A área de serviço possuiu ferro e mesa de passar e uma máquina de lavar e secar LG de última geração.
Externamente, existe um amplo quintal, com mesa, cadeiras e ombrelone, para tomar um café ao ar livre, observando os colibris, outras aves e macaquinhos que vez por outra aparecem. O quintal é totalmente cercado e privativo e um dos mais arborizados do bairro, então, a presença de passarinhos é praticamente certa. Possui torneira e chuveiro externo para um bom banho no retorno da praia. Estão disponíveis também duas cadeiras de praia.
