It has a large swimming pool, barbecue with pizza oven and area for soccer field.
It consists of 5 bedrooms, 2 suites (1 master with dressing room transformed into another room), toilet, living room with fireplace, dining room and kitchen with pantry.
Garage for approximately 10 cars.
The farm has a water mine that supplies the water tanks via pump and consequently the house.
ATTENTION: we do not provide bed linen and towels. We do not rent for parties and events!
The caretaker will remain on the property during the lease for any assistance. His house is separate, taking away privacy.
