The cottage on the first floor has a large balcony overlooking the sea, plus 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and small kitchen. Next to the place we have quiet and tree lined beaches. The barbecue area and the garden are common areas for local guests. We do not have a covered garage, but the land is fenced and wide, where we can receive your vehicle. The neighborhood is very charming, and perfect to rest and stroll in the late afternoon by the sea and enjoy the beautiful sunset, very famous in the city. The Santo Antônio and Sambaqui neighborhoods are known as "Rota do Sol Poente" and the numerous restaurants near the property, as well as coffee shops, and the beautiful tree-lined beaches. Come and discover the Portuguese colonial history and architecture of the city walking through the parish of Santo Antonio de Lisboa and through Sambaqui.
