The play area features a waterfall pool, a shallow end for children (the pool is cleaned throughout the stay at no cost to guests), barbecue, furnished "L" verandah, gated community with security guards on round shifts periodically, gatehouse with guardhouse and all its extension surrounded by walls. In the condominium administration there is a games room, a soccer court, wifi, bicycle rental service, playground, restrooms and showers in front. The condominium concierge is 500 meters from Pernambuco Beach, one of the best beaches in Guarujá.
