- Bedroom: double bed, single bed (for guests to use), playpen-type crib (provided it is requested in advance by the guest. It has 2 height levels and accommodates up to 15 kg or a child up to 2 years old), wardrobe, 32' smart TV and split air conditioning. Upon prior request from the guest, we have 1 (one) EXTRA single mattress available. Bathroom: 01 (one) bathroom with heated shower, grab bars, bath and face towels, hair dryer and toiletries. - Corridor leading to the bathroom: fire detector fixed to the ceiling. - Parking space: 01 (one) covered parking space. - Cooler with 02 (two) small tables available to the guest(s) during their stay, upon prior request.
