Villa SeaBreeze is nested in the beautiful hills of Long Bay, Providenciales, in the Turks and Caicos Islands. Located in the prestigious residential area of Seasage Hill Road, the highest area of Long Bay, Villa SeaBreeze offers breathtaking views of the ocean, amid stunning sunrises and spectacular sunsets.
One will be able to enjoy professionally designed picturesque landscapes and the enchanting perfume of our flowers alongside a cool breeze and relaxing atmosphere.
Villa SeaBreeze is situated on 1.2 acres of tropical landscape and consists of one 3 bedroom duplex unit and also one bedroom unit at the level of its 34 ft. long swimming pool. It is an ideal villa for weddings, engagements and family reunions. Its location, amenities and elegant design provide the perfect oasis for cherished celebrations, family holidays, romantic getaways and adventurous retreats.
Three bedroom duplex: the bright and open concept second floor living area includes a spacious modern kitchen facing the southern shores of the island. The kitchen has custom wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and beautiful countertops. It provides kitchen necessities to prepare a small snack or a gourmet meal, should you wish to dine at the house and enjoy the best views of the ocean right from the dining table. The Villa also offers an outdoor gas grill to barbecue by the swimming pool area. In the living room there is a large flat screen TV with cable/internet and DVD player.
Bedrooms: Inside the three bedroom duplex unit you’ll find three well-appointed bedrooms. Bedroom (#1) has a queen bed with a garden view. Bedroom (#2) has full size bed also with the beautiful garden view. Bedrooms #3 is on the second floor.
Pool: a brand new, stylishly tiled, stunning 34 foot-long salt-water pool built with a true state of the art digital equipment. A shallow section of the pool is perfect for young children and the 5.5 foot deeper section is suitable for adults. The west side of the pool has a covered shaded area furnished with a barbeque, dining tables. This area is for your comfort and allows you to enjoy pool-side dining and fun!
