Summary: It's a nice modern hotel and the hotelroom too. I stayed one night. The staff was very helpful and service-minded. The room I had was 16 square meters, so it's not plenty of space, but space enough. Free coffee and water in the reception area. Restaurants and was located on the same street. Close to Retiro train and busterminal. I had a good stay there.
