We rent preferentially for guests on a family trip !!!
Beautiful house, with independent entrance, in Peró, located near the beach, Shopping Peró, small square and markets, not having to leave by car for almost nothing.
Fully equipped with furniture, appliances, kitchen utensils, bedding (if requested) which differentiates us from the beach houses in the neighborhood. Very spacious and comfortable. 2 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Sleeps 10 comfortably. Vacancy for 2 cars. Gourmet area with barbecue and wood oven. 10mil liters pool mountable, available in summer. My space is good for couples, families (with kids) and furry friends (pets).
Located on Anequim Street.
The house is very airy and spacious, it has a pool of 10mil liters (check availability on request), the house is very close to Peró beach, only 5 minutes walking. Very close to the pebble trade, small square and shopping mall. Close to Conchas Beach and Japanese Island.
It is 25 minutes by car, Búzios and the Center of cold cable.
Access to the whole house with the exception of a small room on the first floor, which is locked, where personal items of the owners are stored.
During the stay I will be available via cell phone for questions, the housekeepers will also be available daily for any help and maintenance of the yard.
Small and medium sized pets allowed, provided that the owner of the animal takes care of the property during the stay, avoiding that the pet destroys some belong, mobile etc.
No parties and events are allowed with guests without prior authorization.
Respect the Law of silence after 10 o'clock.
