Positive: The location was convenient, and communication with the staff was very friendly. Check-in went smoothly, and we appreciated that someone came several times to assist with the blocked kitchen drain after our arrival BH. The kitchenette is minimalist, with one hob and limited utensils. In addition, three surveillance cameras were positioned within the building — one at the entrance gate, one by the main door, and one approximately a metre in front of the room door — which were not clearly mentioned in the listing. While assistance was appreciated, we are unlikely to return.

Negative: The apartment could benefit from a more thorough cleaning routine. On arrival, the drain was clogged, and the cleanliness and freshness of the bedding did not quite meet expectations. The mattress showed signs of wear, and we had the sheets washed locally to ensure comfort and hygiene.

Summary: As safe as Fort Knox – and almost as private
