Positive: Security/check in process - We checked in at 11:50pm on NYE. The security guard was there to check us in, and even suggested we pop out to watch fireworks at the beach before completing check in which was very thoughtful and accommodating. We also appreciated not having to deal with keys - facial recognition was used to access the building, and a pin to access the unit - very convenient. Location location location - right on the beach and close to the action. Grocery store basically across the street and a few little cafes and restos right outside. AirFryer, fridge, kitchen tools were adequate and enabled us to prepare some of our own meals. Airport transfer - this is an extra fee, but the referred driver was great, on time, conscientious, and ensured we had ample time to catch our flight.

Negative: Unit - very basic - bathroom very small - shower almost unusable it is so small. The bed bed was "okay" not the most comfortable but we slept okay. The quality of bedding and towels needs improvement. An offer to replace the towels every couple of days would improve the experience. Amenities - This is more of an apartment rental/airBnB type of deal so not the amenities or services of a hotel...though you certainly pay for it! Value for money was just not there. You are really paying a premium for the location on the beach and solid security on premises, but everything else is very basic. Upgrading the bed, bedding, and offering a cleaning service and new towels every couple of days would improve value.

Summary: Fab location, good security, but value for money needs improvement.
