Two balconies: one off the living room (with a hammock) and one near the kitchen door.

At sunset, Arpoador is an 8-minute walk. One of Rio's most beautiful spots, where locals and visitors gather every day to watch the sun disappear between the rocks and the sea. From there, Ipanema begins.
