The apartment has one en-suite bedroom with a king bed, a living room with a sofa bed, and a compact kitchen equipped with a microwave, minibar, coffee maker, dishes, and cutlery. There is also a balcony with an ocean view.

We provide bed linens for the king bed and towels for 2 guests. For stays up to 6 nights, there is no linen or towel exchange. For stays longer than 7 nights, request a change 48 hours in advance. For 3 or 4 guests, please bring your own queen-size sheets (without elastic) for the sofa bed and a single sheet for the mattress, as well as your own towels and beach towels.
We accept 1 small pet per booking, as long as they do their business in the appropriate place. There is an additional charge for the pet, which must be included in the total number of guests.
