Summary: When I stayed here Dec 4-8, I wrote a detailed review asking Roomo Atlantica to make some improvements in the check in process, some daily needs in the room like, paper towels, napkins, dish towels , etc. The only thing that was better was the check in process by having a room available to me when I arrived. They still asked for my passport, DOB, email address, selfie, etc 3 times thru WhatsApp. Still can’t understand why. 😳. During this stay Feb 19-24, there were still no napkins, paper towels, dish towels, nor sufficient toilet paper. Also, the Claro TV would not work. After my December stay, I also asked management of Roomo Atlantica to call me to discuss the much needed improvements needed, but did not receive a call. I am asking once again for a call to discuss this.
