Summary: The only major problem I had with this stay was that, when we first arrived, the people at the front desk had no record of our reservation. When I told them that I had made the reservation through hotels.com, they looked through the spam folder of their email and found it. We had also gotten off the bus at Balneario Camboriu and had to catch a R$70 taxi to Itapema, where our cab driver got lost and took an extra 15 minutes to find the hotel. Besides that hiccup, everything was much better than I had anticipated! Me and five friends were spending the night there because it's relatively close to Green Valley, even though this website said that the two-bedroom apartment only had three beds. Actually, when we got there, we found five clean, comfortable beds! One double in one room, and two sets of bunkbeds in the other. The woman at the front desk I spoke with speaks Spanish as well as Portuguese, and was incredibly patient with my limited Portuguese. She even helped one of my friends contact the cab company to retrieve his cell phone, which he had left inside. (He got it back within two hours.) We were only here for one night, but their game room looks really fun and the front desk staff was very helpful about giving us recommendations and directions. It's also worth noting that there wasn't any shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom, but there was a bar of body soap and a bar of hand soap. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place!
