Positive: I liked the bed was comfortable and great air conditioning and quiet !

Negative: I ordered extra coffee as the complimentary coffee that came with the breakfast was so small. I had to call 6 times for it to finally arrive 1 hour later . I even called before I ordered the breakfast so they knew to put it on the breakfast tray. I understand they were busy but that was ridiculous.

Summary: Serves its purpose !
