Studio with a super privileged location within the city and the center of Moema, it is close to the airport, park and numerous high-end shopping malls, in addition to having a complete and cozy space, with TV, large balcony, air conditioning, curtain with blackout and kitchen equipped with coffee maker and induction stove. Everything you need for a wonderful stay.
For everyone's safety, the Building requires guests to send their document before arrival. After booking, you must send us a photo of all guests' IDs. It is not permitted to receive visitors. Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is until 11:00 am. If you need more flexibility, please ask us and we will check availability.
