Positive: The Pousada Bella Vista, indeed, has a terrific view! The location was good, not too far from downtown Buzios. The breakfast was great! It has a casual and confy vibe. Overall wonderful.

Negative: The steps we had to walk up and down were way too many, making somewhat uncomfortable to get in and out of the room. I did not see anything written on the description when I booked this place, but this important info should be stated somewhere. We had a friend with us with limited capabilities, and we almost had to move to another hotel due to his limitation to climb so many steep steps. There was no bar at the pool, neither drinks available. I'd expect of a Pousada that expensive, and wonderful, to have a server with drinks available. It would be a great opportunity to have a wet bar at the pool (bar inside the pool). The overall service was ok, but can be improved with more profisisonal people.

Summary: Great view and breakfast; comfortable. Be aware of many steps if getting a room with sea view.
