Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The location was excellent, making it easy to reach key areas of Fernando de Noronha. The bed was very comfortable, and I was able to rest well throughout my stay. I also appreciated that the cleaning was well done, and the space, although small, was tidy and suitable for a solo traveler. No breakfast.

Negative: There was no communication before or during my stay, including no check-in instructions at all. I had to figure out how to enter the property myself, and the door handle was loose and nearly falling, which did not feel secure. There was no internet access, and although I repeatedly messaged the host, the only response I received was that someone needed to speak with the owner. No one ever followed up, and the issue was never fixed. After checkout, I contacted the property because I had left my international adapter plugged in, but I received no reply and was unable to retrieve it. Overall, the lack of communication, unresolved issues, and limited support made the stay difficult despite the property’s good location and cleanliness.
