Summary: Oh my god, even with rainy weather, I and my girlfriend had such an unbelieveable stay in the piece of paradise! I'm Brazilian, but had never been to Ilha Grande. My girlfriend is Ukrainian/American and she just fell in love with the place. We live in SoCal. She's been telling me now that she'll move to Ilha Grande haha. The beach-front ranch is just magnificent. Staff is absolutely courteous; breakfast is delicious. The hotel's restaurant has a wonderful menu. Access to the hotel is made by the hotel's own boat, either from the mainland (charged extra) or from Abraão village (included), which is an attraction in itself, because the place is just paradisiac. The singing of crickets, frogs and even nocturnal boards at night is a sleeping experience in itself (bonus points if it's raining). I hight recommend this place!
