Positive: Location is great; the pool and parking areas were also very good. The best decision we made was to get a varanda with barbecue area.

Negative: Some essential things were missing to make this a perfect stay. A rug from the balcony to the kitchen, basic cleaning supplies (for the price, there should be at least one roll of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, bathroom cleaner, a brush for the balcony grill, extra trash bags for convenience, and indoor hooks to hang towels and coats—even behind bedroom doors). We also missed having food storage containers, and there was only the base of a blender with no pitcher. Additionally, there was no plunger (!!!) and when we requested help, no one responded. Having these essentials available would be more cost-effective than having guests buy them and leave them barely used.

Summary: Best location, cozy place, fantastic view, wonderful facilities (but missing customer attention)
