Positive: Pros Secure apartment complex; the unit is stylishly designed and well equipped. Small balcony with space for two bar stools. Sliding/partition wall between the bed area and living room (as shown in the photos), which works well for a couple. Easy access with a door code. Host was very pleasant, responsive, and kept in close contact. Bottom line: A secure, well-designed apartment that’s great for a couple attending events like Tomorrowland Brazil. Solid amenities, smooth host communication, and a convenient door-code entry—just note the bathroom setup and the building’s access/check-in policies.

Negative: Cons / Notes The bathroom is fairly basic (common Brazilian shower style), enclosed with no ventilation and some minor drainage issues. Building uses facial recognition at the entrance; on one occasion it malfunctioned and we were stuck outside in the heat for a while. Be mindful of the building’s strict check-in/check-out windows; the host kindly accommodated an 11:00 check-in for us.
