Positive: Lovely apartment. Lovely cleaning lady friendly. Comfortable. Has everything you need .

Negative: I loved the apartment. But NOT the location it is on a main tourist street in Iracema area of fortaleza. Which is cool ..but not if you want to sleep . Party , music , bass , funk music , karaoke till 4 am , bar directly next to apartment... No sound proofing ..felt like a night club inside the room. So we got no sleep .....I love to party but I don't want it inside my room..I like to slepp sometimes.... So I won't use this. Accomodation again. Cause of noise from street and bars , clubs. Sad cause it is a lovely apartment
