Positive: The staff is phenomenal. Marcelo provided excellent tips about places to visit and restaurants. Mauro provided great service in the bar close to the pool. The breakfast is delicious. The hotel is located close to nice restaurants and bars. It’s also close to the water taxi to Japonês beach.
