Positive: The hotel itself presents well and the pool area is quite inviting but our room was just ok. The good things about the room and hotel is the aircon is great and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast on offered was really great with a selection of hot foods, cold items, breads, cakes, fruit and coffee but the best part is the staff. They were all really lovely, chatty and very helpful.

Negative: The curtains do not close well and were quite stained, damaged and discoloured with an old smell to them. The sitting chair in the room was very old and quite dirty with what I hope were water stains, the TV did not work and the shower only dribbled out and pointed every direction but down - there was also a lot of hair under the counter in the bathroom that was not mine. We bought some cereal to snack on in the room and within 2 hours of it being put on the shelf for later it was filled with tiny ants. House keeping also only rinsed our cups we used and put them back on the shelf dirty with milk still in the bottom.
