Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The building as well as the studio were beautiful and very comfortable. The view from the rooftop pool area was breathtaking. The property management staff and the building staff were incredible welcoming, friendly and helpful. Overall it was a good stay.

Negative: The facial recognition technology and the license plate reading technology didn’t work well for me. The building management helped me get into the garage and helped me set up the facial recognition to access the building, amenities and my room. However it felt difficult to deal with these things with an offsite property manager, despite them being very responsive. I feel that the accommodation would be better serviced if it was managed by someone living on site or the building itself so that access issue could be dealt with immediately.
