Our apartment is very well maintained and has everything you need, whether you're spending your summer vacation or enjoying Floripa all year round. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The mattresses are new. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary items and utensils. Located in a special spot in the condominium, it's away from the noise of the common areas. Modern, tasteful and extremely functional.
The Moana Beach Home Style Condominium is the darling of Novo Campeche. A traditional and pioneering condominium, with a very quiet and friendly neighborhood. Since it's not a very large condominium, the number of residents is smaller than in other larger condominiums, making social interaction very peaceful. The infrastructure is complete: adult and children's pool, playroom, playground, gym, games room, party room.
The location is excellent! About 600m from the beach and close to all the neighborhood's shops: supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, bakery and more.
