We are located in a condominium 800 meters from the trendy center of Lagoa da Conceição, one of the best neighborhoods in Florianópolis, so we are in a quiet and very safe place. Markets and bus stop 200 meters away, beaches such as Joaquina, Campeche, Mole and Barra da Lagoa are between 10 and 15 minutes by car.
In our residence the guest will have his private and closed parking, having free access to the house. We also provide for the greater comfort of guests, air service with washing machine, garden and space with barbecue available!
Located in the eastern region of the island of Santa Catarina and close to the beaches of Joaquina, Mole, Galheta and Barra da Lagoa. We are 200 meters from a bus stop and 5 minutes from the Lagoa da Conceição integrated public transport terminal, from where you can go to any region of the island of Florianópolis. The airport is 13 km from our house, the bus station is 18 km, but the access from these places to our house is very easy due to the direct highways to our neighborhood. Time of silence between the hours of 10 pm to 8 am. We accept animals with prior authorization. We do not accept parties on site.
