Positive: Everything in one place. It’s like living in your apartment at home. You can do the laundry yourself, prepare food at home and there is good internet. I went kitesurfing during my the day and attempted online classes at night. It’s a perfect apartment for that. Since it’s not in the center it’s more quiet and doesn’t attract the party crowd. The beach is just across the street and no 2min away. Staff is friendly. A gas station with an ATM, beverages and food is no more than 5min away.

Negative: Stores and restaurants are further away than in the center. There are multiple solutions to this. You can get a bicycle at the bike store in the center of Cumbuco. Or you use Uber a lot. Or you simply use delivery services, there are multiple good restaurants that bring their food to the apartment.
