Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Location is great - central to meetings in Paulista, Faria Lima and Berrini. Room is spacious and relatively clean. Bed is comfortable. Front desk staff are friendly. Snack shop very useful. Usable gym.

Negative: Unit needs a day of repairs and touchup. Several lights are broke. Toilet seat could be replaced. Clean or paint wall smudges and chipped paint areas. Sofa could use a cleaning. With these efforts unit would present much better.

Summary: Great location and value with comfortable bed
