Summary: Decent neighborhood. But conditions of the house are close to inhabitable. Leaks in different places (bathrooms, inside the rooms in at least one top of a bed etc...)Bedsheets smelly and filthy, Had to change them all and at least one with old blood stains. Some of the new ones had still a weird smell. Window glasses broken in at least two rooms. Microwave and dish ware filthy. Parking not inside the premises. Very loud and noisy water pump did not allow a comfortable sleep. Mold and humidity in several places (rooms,bathrooms) and terrible smell.
